Tsujikura wagasa were used in the Amonohashidate Tourism Association event ‘Amanohashidate Machi Akari Burari Sansaku’(Amanohashidate City Light Stroll) held in Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture in 2015 and 2016. Under the title of ‘Wa no Kasa Akari’(Japanese Umbrella Lights), wagasa were used as lights to brighten up the city in Amanohashidate.
