From Tsujikura to our customers
Tsujikura has operated as a street-front store for many years, but due to the deterioration of the building, in 2011 we renovated and moved to the 7th floor of the TSUJIKURA Building in the same location. At the store, anyone can actually pick up and look at all the Japanese umbrellas sold in the online shop before purchasing. If you are visiting Kyoto, please stop by Tsujikura and see our beautiful Japanese umbrellas that have remained unchanged since the old days.

Once your order is confirmed, we will inspect the product and prepare it for shipping.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email.
In case of cash on delivery
We will ship within about a week. (COD shipping is not available in Okinawa.)
After receiving your order, we will send you an email (shop@kyoto-tsujikura.com) to let you know the expected shipping date. We will also send you an email after the product has been shipped.
When paying by credit card

Items will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. Please transfer the payment to the following account within 4 days.

Returns and Exchanges
We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but in the unlikely event that a defective or incorrect product is delivered, we will promptly replace the product.
In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as differences in color or appearance, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we will only refund the product price.
