Tsujikura received the opportunity to produce Japanese umbrellas with high art watchmaker Franck Muller’s Byzantine numbers written on the washi paper, thereby creating excellent masterpieces through this exquisite combination of Japan and the West. The umbrellas were placed as objects at the exhibition venue in Kyoto, alongside Franck Muller’s watches, and together they brightly lit up the venue in a fusion of his current designs and Japanese culture, leaving a great impression on all.
