Specially selected snake eye pattern "Misora"
■Specially selected snake eye pattern
The Janome pattern is called Janomegara because the white ring pattern looks like a snake's eyes.
As can be seen in the many ukiyo-e paintings of beautiful women holding umbrellas with snake-eye patterns, Japanese umbrellas have a traditional and elegant design.
The snake eye pattern is said to "protect from disaster and bring good fortune" and is used at turning points in life.
"May you live a happy life and avoid any misfortune."
This is a popular gift for loved ones with the hope that it will bring them joy.
■ "Sky Blue"
Misorairo is a pale blue color like the bright, clear autumn sky.
