This is a pendant light that is hung from the ceiling. The soft, calming light that spreads through the washi paper blends naturally into both Japanese and Western spaces. This egg-shaped light blends in well with any space, whether it be a living room or a store. It is easy to use; just insert the string into the shade, stretch it, and set the bulb so that it is in the center of the shade.

How to Use the Wagasa
When you walk carrying the closed umbrella, please grasp the head of the Wagasa, or for Janome please grasp the cord on the head, and for Bangasa please hold the leather strings bound around the head.

How to Open the Wagasa
The Wagasa may be difficult to open due to the waterproof grease on the Washi. Please lightly grasp the bottom of the runner at the bottom inside the umbrella, and slowly and carefully push to the top to open the Wagasa.
