~Japanese parasol season~
With the arrival of spring, the sun gets stronger, and the demand for parasols to protect against UV rays and heatstroke is increasing.
One theory about the Japanese paper used in Japanese parasols is that "because it is made from fibers made from tree bark, light rays are diffused inside the paper, reducing the amount of light that penetrates," which is said to have the effect of weakening ultraviolet rays.
The Japanese parasols, which were produced as a collaborative product with Kurotani Washi paper, are currently on sale in red and white.
We are also creating new colors, so please look forward to the finished product.
