~Customer feedback~

This is the story of a customer who purchased a scarlet umbrella from Tsujikura's original brand, "Kiwame," about 10 years ago.
He brings the raincoat parts in for repairs every few years, and was brought in again yesterday.
The craftsman also looked at the other parts and asked me to repair anything that needed repairing.
It was so well-used that no such thing could be found.
When I bought it, I was told to hang it out in the shade and let it dry completely after use, and I felt that they had done just that.
If you take good care of your umbrella, it will last a long time.
It was a happy moment for all the staff.
